 PhotoPal: GUI Mockup is a sketch application created in Photoshop and iWork to help visualize an UI that moves through large quantities of both image and tags. This work was modeled after current trends in photoware technologies, such as Google's Picasa, Cooliris, Playstation 3 and iPhoto. The image above shows pictures highlighted by a selected tag. 
The image above shows the next abstracted level of selection when specific tags are chosen. This image also reveals that relative tags are represented by its proximation to the selected tags. We call these associated tags "Fuzzy Tags". 
This final image illustrates what happens when a specific image is choose and how the interface could animate and reveal the users' specific selection. |
